I agree with your petition. How dare anyone do a fictitious tv show based upon real life, it’s never happened on tv ever and I am outraged. Please contact me if this show ever comes to Austrailia and I will protest.

My husband was stationed overseas for four years with the army , I was unable to achieve required continuing education credits in time and now I am told that i’m on expired status. Now we have recently within the last three months returned to the states and now i’m playing catch up. I’d like to work for myself however I’m not sure how to go about getting the required 200 hands on hours and starting a self based business. Any info regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
    thank you

I am a website/graphic designer(as well as massage therapist) and am interested in offering my services as a partner. Please advise how I go about doing this. Thanks, Laura Parker

    Question–

When it comes to booking a massage online through Wellx, can the client do this themselves without talking to the therapist? In the video tutorial, it seems that the practitioner booked the appt. for the client, yet it showed it was open. Why open, when it’s held for someone.

What about posting a cancellation or refund policy through Wellx. How do you refund a client’s money if they cancel their appointment?

    Thank you,
Prospective customer and existing massage therapist

Thank you for your interest in Wellx, Nguyet.

If you as a Wellx practitioner member create an open appointment, a client can book that appointment without calling you, simply by clicking the open appointment link and following the directions. Alternately, as a practitioner member, you can create an appointment on an existing client’s behalf and send them a link to confirm and complete the booking process.

Every Wellx practitioner member is asked to fill out their own cancellation policy as a part of setting up their profile. That policy is displayed on the practitioner’s profile page. Credit for a cancelled appointment can be applied to a future appointment at the practitioner’s discretion. If a refund needs to be made to a client, the practitioner just needs to notify Wellx to initiate the refund.

Thanks for your feedback. We just released a 15-day free trial. If you call 971.204.0348 between 8 am – 5 pm PT, I’d be happy to setup a Skype or WebEx and demo the application.

  6. Lori Schrader says:

is there any way to view the website – a tutorial – someway of seeing what we are paying for – or do you have a 10 day “trial” period – that would be helpful. thanks

Charles, Thank you for writing. The Wellx site has a Members Only Forum designed to offer a place where Wellness Professionals can connect, share information and ask questions. The public blog is currently being used to let members know what is going on with the Wellx team and discuss what we are planning for the future. Our plan is to expand this with guest contributors.
Our cost to join is currently $30 which can be offset with the special offers from VistaPrint, Massage Warehouse and Gaiam. We welcome you to call and set up a demonstration of the the on-line booking program. We are confident you will love it, as it was designed by someone who did spa booking for 10 years. Thanks, Shari

I don’t see a forum for getting involved with the blog or what the appointment booking process actually looks like. Is there a trial period available? Thank you.
