Do they re-use the needles? Just like any needle that is used in a doctor’s office, they do not re-use the needles.
Can just anybody practice acupuncture? No. Acupuncture practitioners are certified. Qualified candidates must receive a license to practice acupuncture, just as doctors require a license to practice medicine.
How do acupuncturists get certified? Every acupuncturist takes classes and studies at an accredited school that teaches acupuncture.
